Activision Games To Arrive On Steam

It seems Activision and Steam have come to an agreement that four of Activision's premiere titles will arrive on the download service started by Valve. Call of Duty, Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty: United Offensive, and Gun should be making their way to Steam.

Microsoft and Best Buy partner to educate Parents

After a Miami judge forced Take-Two to bring him a copy of Bully, there's actually good news coming out of the gaming world today. Microsoft, Best Buy, and a team of other organizations have started a bus tour around the country to educate parents on the rating system of the ESRB.

Oblivion PS3 Content Not Exclusive!

To all of the Xbox 360 Oblivion gamers out that dont' want to go mad with frustration about the PS3 getting exclusive quests and the like, there's a glimmer of hope:

In an interview with IGN, as spotted by a NeoGAF message board member, Oblivion executive producer Todd Howard the studio aims "to have all our content available across all platforms, so that is our goal."

Not to act as if I knew it the whole time, but haven't we been downloading new quests anyway? I would think this wouldn't even be a big deal, but it's definitely a good thing to know.

PS3 to bundle with low-def?

Sony made the decision to not bundle their new console with the cabling that makes a difference in definition - they're shipping it with standard def cables. You can call me crazy, but if i'm spending $600 on a console, I want some cables that display games and movies better than jelly-smeared toast.
