Rocket League Hits PS4 & PC on July 7th
If you’re not watching this trailer, you should be.
It’s no secret that I’m a fan of Rocket League. I’ve gone on record saying “It’s what your PS4 deserves” and the more I play it, the more that remains true. So imagine my joy to find out that its officially going to drop on July 7th. On top of that, Sweet Tooth is going to be on the roster for PlayStation 4? YES.
Beyond both of those pieces of awesome and the customization options seen in the launch trailer are two more important bits when it comes to Rocket League:
Every time I streamed Rocket League on Twitch, people asked a consistent question that I had no answer for: “How much is this going to be on launch?” Well, thanks to Jeremy Dunham of Psyonix, we know the MSRP is $19.99, with other regions pricing being close to that.
Rocket League will be cross-play compatible between PlayStation 4 and PC gamers. Yes, you read that right.
As stoked as I was already stoked for the game, finding out that it’s only going to cost a smooth $20 and I can play against PC players? If you don’t pick this game up, you’re missing way out!
