EA Sports Delay NBA Live 15′

EA Sports has announced that they are delaying the release of NBA Live 2015 by a couple of weeks. This will mean that the game will not ship along with it’s competition this fall, but will give their team a few extra weeks to add polish to the release.

“Considering all the work that’s gone in so far, we will be taking a few extra weeks to polish the game and make sure you get an incredible NBA experience from the moment you first boot up the title. This extra development time means we will be moving our launch date to October 28 to line up to opening night of the 2014-15 NBA season. This was a hard decision, but it’s the right one, as we are totally committed to delivering the highest-quality game we possibly can.”

NBA Live 2014 was released last year exclusively for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 along side NBA 2K14 but was not very well received as the game was plagued with bugs and tremendous gameplay flaws. Giving their team a little extra time to polish the game will in hope allow the game some life and help make the game much better than previous iterations.

NBA Live 2015 will now be released on October 28th, 2015 for Xbox One, and PlayStation 4
