Injustice: Ultimate Edition Announced

Warner Bros. has announced the Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition which will include the full game, and all DLC.

The Ultimate Edition will launch on PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 4 on November 12th in North America and November 29th in Europe.

Two systems left out, as you may have noticed, are the Xbox One and Wii U (which had the original game at launch). There was no announcement of an Xbox One or Wii U version, but that is not to say that one is not in the works. For now it appears as though it will not launch on either platform.

“When developing Injustice on Vita, our primary goal was to make sure it could hold its own next to its console counterpart,” said PlayStation digital platforms senior director Jack Buser. “The PS3 version has beautiful lighting, destructible environments, and–most importantly–60 FPS fighting. We worked tirelessly to bring this experience to the handheld, and pulled out all the stops to push the PS Vita as hard as we could to make all of the above happen.”

The game will cost $59.99 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4, $49.99 on PC and $39.99 on PlayStation Vita. The soundtrack will also be bundled in the North American versions of the Ultimate Edition.

The PlayStation 4 version will be remastered and will feature touch and motion controls that will utilize the systems unique controller.
