Scorpion confirmed as DLC for Injustice: Gods Among Us

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced the next DLC character for Injustice: Gods Among Us. It will be non-other-than the iconic Mortal Kombat character Scorpion.

The game version of Scorpion will be designed by Jim Lee,  Co-Publisher at DC Entertainment, and will pay homage to NetherRealm Studios’ original franchise. Scorpion will be available on Xbox LIVE Marketplace for 400 Microsoft Points and PlayStation Network at a price of $4.99.

While many fans of the Warner Bros. comic fighter might be craving more DC comic characters, players will have to settle for the inclusion of the Mortal Kombat universe in the meantime.

An official release date of the Scorpion DLC has not yet been revealed, however, you can check out the interview with DC’s Jim Lee and NetherRealm Studios’ Ed Boon about adding Scorpion to Injustice: Gods Among Us:
