Anarchy Reigns Delayed in North America and Europe, Causes Mass Confusion

Sega announced today, via its Twitter page, that the Platinum Games upcoming brawler Anarchy Reigns will not be coming out on its originally scheduled release date. Even more saddening is that this date will only impact the North American and Europe releases. The Japanese version of the game will still be released on July 5th.

To make matters crazier, Platinum Games’ head-honcho Atsushi Inaba seemed to not know anything about the delay or what’s causing it.

Inaba stated over his twitter page that news of a delay was the first time he’d heard anything about a delay. Something even more interesting was that he didn’t know why the game is being delayed being that international versions of the game are 100 percent complete.
