IndieCity Announces Singapore Game Box IndieCity Competition 2012
With a rapidly growing fan base, it’s hard to imagine these indie developers not getting more recognition. IndieCity announced earlier today the launch of the Singapore Game Box IndieCity Competition 2012.
The competition is going to be run completely by IndieCity from June 6th until July 6th this summer. Participants will be competing in four different games: Call of Hens, Sarah Ghost: The Sewer Defenders, Armor Valley, and Deep Quest. These are all Indie developers from Singapore.
The top two competitors will receive an all-expense paid trip to compete in the Singapore Grand Finals later in the year where the top players can win up to 2300$ in prizes.
Either way competitions like this really create a positive impact on the gaming community. The more that we as gamers embrace the individuality and innovation of an industry, the faster it will progress.
