Pokémon ‘Rumble Blast’ is More Than Half-Mast

Release Date: October 24th, 2011
Platform: Nintendo3DS

This Pokémon ship is just about ready to set sail. It was announced today that Pokémon Rumble Blast for the Nintendo3DS was going to be seeing the light of day this October. This is great news for those who have ants in their pants, or maybe a Trapinch or two, and simply cannot wait for another title to surface. Sure, the Black and White versions have been great to play, but players still want to journey on through the world of being a trainer.

“Pokémon Rumble Blast delivers instant Pokémon gratification,” said Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of Sales & Marketing.” The controls are intuitive and simple enough for anyone to pick up and play, while new battle modes, more than 600 Toy Pokémon and social play opportunities offer deep experiences for longtime fans.”

Players and fans alike will also be satisfied to know that the title will boast a whopping 600 Toy Pokémon to collect. Players will also take on dozens of enemy Toy Pokémon at once, but also be able to take on other opponents over the StreetPass and Wi-Fi connection. There will also be characters available from the recently released Black and White versions.

Also, battles won from certain enemies will allow them to be added to your growing arsenal of pretty creatures to look at. The game looks to add a faster environment filled with huge boss battles, and a multiplayer backbone to ensure we get the real deal. It hasn’t been yet confirmed, but it looks as though we will be seeing this one hit the eShop, adding more value to its stockpile of games.
