BioShock Infinite’s Columbia Enters the World of Disney Infinity

Toy Infinite, and Beyond!

Disney Infinite‘s Toy Box mode drops Disney characters from all over creation to get together across different familiar environments.

Disney Interactive has announced that a user-generated levels using the games Toy Box Mode, along with other content, will be made available for free as part of the games batch of game add-ons.

But it won’t just be Disney related environments, apparently. Besides levels from TRON, Jungle Cruise and UP, Columbia, the floating city of Irrational Games’ Bioshock Infinite, will also be included. The levels were built by Avalanche Software in conjunction with test teams, Disney Infinity executive producer John Vignocchi confirmed on Twitter.

Toy Columbia is a replica of Comstock’s flying paradise, complete with rails and air balloons — it will also feature the balloon-powered home of Carl, the crotchety main character from Pixar’s UP.

In the toy TRON level, users must pilot a TRON Recognizer through a trench, and the Jungle Cruise set is based on the the real-world Disney park attraction.

The DLC add-on pack is available today for free for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U.
