Call of Duty: Ghosts Multiplayer Reveal Trailer is Live
The Call of Duty franchise can provide a decent story when playing the campaign, but the source of its longevity is without a doubt the deep and addicting multiplayer.
Those who have been patient for the Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer reveal can now rest easy, Activision has released the trailer, and it is a doozy. We have the video, which spends roughly three minutes bringing everyone up to speed on what we can expect when we take Ghosts online.
Among the game types listed are Team Deathmatch, Free-for-All, Search and Destroy, Domination, Kill Confirmed and Infected. Two game types that the video highlighted are called Cranked and Search and Rescue.
We went ahead and lifted the full details of both gametypes directly from the trailer:
- Cranked – Get a kill, get cranked and get faster movement, reload and ADS. Rack up your next kill within :30 seconds or you’ll explode! TICK…TICK…TICK — BOOM!
- Search and Rescue – Recover Dog Tags to keep your teammates in the action or to send enemies to the bench
Also highlighted in the video is soldier customization, squad building, destructible environments, laser-guided missiles, rocket-launching drones and attack helicopters. Along with an entirely new arsenal, it appears that Infinity Ward plans on making the multiplayer mode of Call of Duty: Ghosts the biggest one yet.
Call of Duty: Ghosts will be available November 5 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U and PC, and later for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
