Gears of War: Judgment – World Promo Tour Orlando

judgment-world-tour

What’s up, gamers? It’s been awhile since I have been to a gaming Community Event, so consider my joy at being able to head out to the Gears of War: Judgment Promo Tour in Orlando a few weeks back. On top of all that, check out the event as Epic Games showcased it, and what do you find? Of the three pictures they posted from the Gears of War: Judgment Orlando Event, guess who’s in two of them? 😉

I got to spend some time with Epic Games Community Manager Will “Raczilla” Kinsler and Senior Gameplay Programmer Pete Knepley as they showed off Overrun, FFA and Domination. While I never got to play with either of them, they did what they could to make sure that everyone playing knew what the fun was all about.

After having my hands on Overrun, I can definitely say it’s a welcome addition to the Gears of War online arsenal. It adds a bit more strategy to an already strategic game. The more you help the team, whether that be kills or ammo, you unlock higher level characters, which are essentially classes.

I didn’t get to play as much as I’d liked, but what I got to play, I LOVED! So rather than chat all day about it, have a look at the gallery I shot while I was there! An awesome sight to see was hardcore gamer Evan Lewis, who came out and got his gigantic Lancer signed by Raczilla and Pete K. That’s who you see in the featured image for this post as well as in the gallery.

Now that Gears of War: Judgment is in stores, if you have a copy, please don’t hesitate to frag a person or two in my honor…
