Dishonored – Knife of Dunwall DLC Detailed
Bethesda has announced today that its blockbuster new IP will be getting some DLC in the form of Knife of Dunwall on April 16 in North America. Europe will also get the DLC, however the PlayStation 3 European release will be one day later on April 17. The DLC will cost 800 MSP ($9.99), and will let players take on the roll of Daud, the assassin who made a big scene early during the campaign of Dishonored.
“The Outsider reveals the key to your atonement, but who—or what—is Delilah?” Bethesda describes in a release. “Your search will take you through never-before-seen districts of Dunwall as you face off against new and terrible foes. Employ a unique arsenal of new weapons and powers that enhance Dishonored’s dynamic combat, mobility and stealth systems. In the struggle to hang onto the last shred of your humanity, the choices you make will ultimately determine your fate.”
When taking on the role of Daud, players will learn new abilities and have access to new weapons while searching for redemption. From his wristbow, which can fire sleep darts, to his different variation of Blink, it is clear that Daud is just as dynamic as the games core protagonist and offers gamers a different view of Dunwall.
Knife of Dunwall is the second of three DLC packs coming to Dishonored. When asked about the possibility of a second game, we were told, “We never know, but once DLC packs are concluded there [are] always possibilities.”
