When it comes to drug cartels, there’s no other hot spot in the world quite like Mexico. The area is supposedly flooded with crooked cops, killers and that’s not even the worst of it.
EA and Visceral games announced today that their brutal cover shooter is delving deeper into the cartel’s inner network. Not only that, but the new trailer featured above also comes with a bit of other news. A demo for the game is set to launch in North America in just a few days. On March 12 players can take on the role of Alpha and Bravo for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in a demo launch.
The game features both split-screen and online co-op, which is important if you are planning to sweep the streets of scum with a buddy and an AK-47. Alpha and Bravo work for the Tactical Worldwide Operations (T.W.O.), and they tag-team most sticky situations, huevos to the wall. In this case, the duo will be diffusing a hostage situation, infiltrate a hairy cartel pit and make a their way from street to skyscraper.
Army of Two: Devil’s Cartel is set to launch on March 26 on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
