Super Mario 64 Built Block-by-Block in Minecraft [UPDATE]

There is one reason that I cannot play Minecraft. That reason: patience. I’m as antsy as they come. That’s why Reddit is such a calming place for me. Too long for a link to load? Next! There’s a .GIF that hasn’t finished yet? On to the next one.

However, I do understand the amazing feats that can be accomplished with parcels of pixels. One of the most impressive I’ve seen is from Reddit user christianconefery. He and his team have been recreating the world of Super Mario 64 and make it look effortless. Check out the full library of images by clicking the link here. In the meantime, you can enjoy a few of these pretty pixels below:

This isn’t the first outstanding Minecraft creation I’ve seen grace the pages of Reddit. Here is one I ran into a while back that still leaves me in awe to this day. Hats off to anyone who has the artistic fervor to create these works.

[UPDATE]: The name of the team lead we gave was incorrect. The server host goes by blha303, and the main creative lead is JarvisAndPi. The host has asked us to include the link to the team’s subreddit where they do the planning:
