Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Patch Fixes…Everything
There’s no doubt that Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed brought some major competition to the kart racing genre. Even though on the surface the game seemed worthwhile, it did however house a few detrimental bugs. A recent patch has alleviated the game of those ailments.
The game launched on all current-gen consoles, giving players a taste of how Sega does racing. The game allows players’ vehicles to physically alter when reaching the pavement, water, or air. The majority of game did perform much like its Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 counterparts, except for a few rather large hiccups.
After downloading and installing the latest update (about 1-2 min total) these bugs have been fixed.
The previous bugs affected the Boost, Sprint and Party modes. It left the modes almost impossible to play, not allowing the continuation of the campaign or the possibility of unlocking additional characters. The latest update leaves it 100 percent playable.
If you were looking to get back to the game feel free to jump online and install. It’s been a while since I’ve played the racer, so the update was good news.
