VGA 10 Announces the Game of the Decade

Not happy with all the hooplah surrounding Spike TV’s tenth annual VGA show regarding which game takes home the coveted Game of the Year award, the station decided to dare ask, what was the best game of the last 10 years?

For most gamers, trying to answer such a question would no doubt fracture their simple minds. There have been dozens upon dozens of incredible games over the last decade, and picking out just one would seem like an impossible task.

Or would it?

After Tenacious D stood around and jerked about, the winner was announced by the oppressive and mysterious G-Man. Yes, the best game of the decade, as voted by you, the gamers, is none other than Half-Life 2. And honestly, that sounds just about right.

Congrats Valve, now hurry up with Half-Life 3, dammit.
