New Halo 4 Crimson Map Pack Trailer Released
With the newly released trailer for Halo 4‘s first DLC, the Crimson Map Pack, gamers get a nice glimpse of the three new levels contained in the pack–Harvest, Shatter and Wreckage–and a run-down of each.
Also included with the Crimson Map Pack is a brand new gametype for Halo 4‘s Infinity War Games multiplayer called Extraction, wherein gamers have to extract data from various points across the map while battling the enemy team.
Here is a brief explanation of what each map has to offer:
- Harvest: A small to mid-sized map that offers plenty of face-to-face skirmishes, and is ideal for Capture the Flag.
- Shatter: A large symmetrical map perfect for vehicules and Big Team Battles, offering a nice playground for Warthogs and Mantises. It’s also ideal for Dominion and the new Extraction gametype.
- Wreckage: A medium, asymmetrical map that has a ton of nooks and crannies for cover, ideal of King of the Hill and Regicide game modes.
