Connor’s Past Revealed in Assassin’s Creed III Launch Trailer

The third official Assassin’s Creed III title will launch on Tuesday and, from what we’ve seen, it may be the best one yet.

Join Connor as he fights Red Coats during the American Revolution. Connor is an assassin fighting for the side of George Washington, and will stop at nothing to take down the British Army.

In the launch trailer, we see Connor, then Ratohnhaké:ton, as a young member of a Native American tribe, who watches as his home is destroyed and mother killed before him.

Assassin’s Creed III will be released on Oct. 30 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

The PC version of the game launches around a month later on Nov. 20, and will ship for the Wii U platform on Nov. 18.
