Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two Announced for the Wii U
Disney Interactive has announced Mickey, Oswald, and the rest of the forgotten characters in Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two will paint and thin their way onto the Wii U this holiday season.
Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two will utilize the Wii U’s GamePad by displaying real-time maps of Wasteland showing the location of quests and waypoints. In addition, the GamePad will be used to access sketches that could be activated in-game.
“It’s exciting to bring Nintendo fans ‘Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two’ on Nintendo’s revolutionary new game system,” said Bill Roper, vice president and general manager of production, Disney Interactive. “The technological advances of the Wii U system have allowed us to enhance player direction and provide our fans with an immersive as well as unique gaming experience.”
Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two is scheduled for release on November 18, 2012.
