There were many who spent hours in the arcade perfecting their perfect air combo. Yes, not every game was available on console or PC. There was a time when you went out to a public place to enjoy gaming and still played against real life human opponents.
Marvel vs. Capcom Origins brings together two of those popular arcade titles from the ’90s era, those titles being Marvel Super Heroes and Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes. At least now you don’t have to listen to the clicks and clank of the air hockey table going off behind you.
The game will feature an online mode and HD graphics, bringing both titles right into the current generation of games. What better way to support these online matches than with replay saving. This allows you to save those brutal beat downs, some of which you might have only made with a fraction of your health bar left.
Other game modes include things like challenges and items in the vault. Here, players can unlock achievements and earn points. The points are then used to unlock artwork and even hidden characters.
Players can enjoy the game whether involved with Duo Team Attack or just kickin’ it as a spectator. Either way, the game is sure to take you for a ride.
