Massive “The History Of Sonic The Hedgehog” Book Now Available for Pre-Order
I suppose I would be underselling it if I told you I was pleased to hear that SEGA and Udon Entertainment teamed up to bring us a 300-page tome on the history of Sonic the Hedgehog. But I’m excited as punch for this.
My Sonic fandom has often been called “inspiring,” “humbling,” and “obnoxious” by friends, family, onlookers, and those who once had respect for me before they caught me dancing in a Sonic hat to Cash Cash while holding half a glass of whiskey at last year’s Sonic Boom. Just so you know, I regret nothing.
“The History Of Sonic The Hedgehog” is a massive book (read: 300 pages!) containing over 20 years of Sonic lore and right now it is available for pre-order at Amazon.com for $49.99. Though at the time of this writing the price was knocked down to around $32, probably as a little bonus for early buyers.
The book features full color pages covering everything Sonic ever, and includes interviews with the original creators, who hopefully share some never-before-heard secrets about the origins of our spiky-haired friend. Below is one of the pages from the book, but if you want to see more you can head over to the SEGA Blog where several of the pages can be viewed.
