These Latest Van Helsing Screens Look a Little Familiar
Lately I’ve been playing a lot of Diablo III. Well, actually not so much lately since I’ve been trying to get through all my E3 previews. I think I overdid it this year.
Anyways, these never-before-released screenshots for Neocore’s The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing definitely struck a familiarity chord with me. I won’t beat around the bush, this looks like Diablo. In fact, the first thing that popped into my head when I saw the Greaves on the ground in yellow text was, “ooh, rare greaves.”
It’s not a bad thing that the game takes some cues from Blizzard’s famous series–don’t fix what isn’t broken, I say.
