Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition Launch Trailer

There have been many returns of classic fighting franchises this generation, from Street Fighter to Soul Calibur, but we stand by our belief that Netherrealm’s Mortal Kombat is the best among them. With great controls, brutal gameplay and a ton of extras, Mortal Kombat is one of the best fighters this generation, and now, every bit of extra content including DLC and exclusive pre-order goodies can now be found in one box.

The Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition contains everything ever released for the game, and is now available for $59.99 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

The actual game is extremely fun, at least that’s what I noticed when I played it at a co-workers house from DISH yesterday. He recommended to me if liked the first three games I’d feel right at home with this one. The only downside I can see in this new game is the X-ray attacks because after a while they might start to get repetitive. I don’t have the money to buy this new Mortal Kombat right now, so I added it to my Blockbuster@Home queue. Blockbuster makes it affordable for anyone to play and rent games for a flat monthly fee. It’ll be in my mailbox soon and I can’t wait to do some fatalities of my own in the comfort of my own house.
