Max Payne 3 Delayed to May
If Max Payne knows anything, it’s how to make a dramatic entrance. And the best dramatic entrances happen when the guest arrives later than expected. Also if the guest is fully armed and popping pills harder than a manic Pac-Man. Rockstar Games has announced that the hotly anticipated Max Payne 3 is being pushed back two months and will release on May 15, 2011 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and on May 29, 2012 for PC.
“Max Payne 3 brings powerful storytelling back to the action-shooter genre,” said Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar Games. “Rockstar Studios are delivering a game that’s both incredibly cinematic and very, very intense to play.”
The game stars an older Max Payne leaping in slow motion on the streets of São Paulo, Brazil. The game will include a campaign as well as online multiplayer.
