LA Noire Developer Team Bondi Sells Assets and Game IP
An insider has revealed today Team Bondi has sold off all assets and game IP to Kennedy Miller Mitchell (KMM), game programming website Develop reported.
The insider said staff have been given a choice to either accept employment at KMM, owner of movie properties Mad Max and Happy feet, or accept a severance package.
The Sydney-based studio has been surrounded by reports of bankruptcy and hostile management during development of million-seller LA Noire.
Rockstar Games owns rights for LA Noire and is currently working on a PC release with developer Rockstar Leeds.
Facts are scarce at the moment, but expect to get updates as soon as we hear them.
