Protect Yourself with Zombie Traps in Dead Block

So I opened up an email about zombie killing and read:

“Celebrate July 4th by Planting a Flag in a Zombie’s A$$ in Dead Block”

Now how could possibly I avoid a mental image with that? Thanks Digital Reality, you really know how to brighten my day.

Anyways, today Digital Reality unveiled three traps that can be used to protect yourself from the zombie horde in its upcoming game, Dead Block. The game is scheduled to release on July 6 on XBLA and the PSN. The game is priced at 800 MSP or $9.99.

Dead Block takes place in the 1950s and stars three allies, Foxy Jones, Mike Bacon and Jack Foster, together they must use teamwork to stay alive against waves of relentless undead. The game is completely drop-in/drop-out online co-op for you and two buddies.

Check out the three deadly zombie traps below:

1. Sun Bed Trap: Get a sweet tan this Fourth of July using a state-of-the-art sun bed. Not only does it grant you a golden skin-tone like the sun-kissed Adoni of the shores of Jersey, but sunlight has the added perk of frying your rotting invaders before they have the chance to disrupt your pool party.

2. Freeze Trap: July can get hot. Like, REALLY hot. So, make extra sure that you stay cool by outfitting your doorways and windows with cold air tanks, freezing any would-be intruders for easy smashing.

3. Nuclear Bomb Power Trap: When it comes to 4th of July grilling, don’t forget that we now live in the atomic age so use nuclear power to heat up your hot dogs, steaks, hamburgers, or whatever you may want to throw on the grill. Nuclear power is exceptionally handy when taking out hordes of zombies, so don’t be afraid to put the kibosh on their advances, nuclear-style!
