Zumba 2 Coming to Wii and “Mystery Console X”
Earlier today Majesco announced the sequel to the popular Zumba Fitness will be seeing a sequel, Zumba Fitness 2, on the Wii and a “mystery console coming in 2012.” No, I am not making that shit up. Their official press release states, and I quote: “Developed by Zoe Mode, Zumba®Fitness 2 will launch on Wii™ this holiday season and another-to-be announced platform in early 2012.”
Oh, wow! What could it possibly be coming out for? Wii 2? Forget that noise. Let’s hope it lands on something with a little more zazz like …

Batman: The green button will turn the console a la escarda o a la drecia.
The Batconsole.
Hell yes. Nothing says true next-gen technology like being able to throw your baterang-shaped controller into your opponent’s smug stupid face. I plan on buying extra controllers.

So sad this isn't a thing.
The Soniconsole.
Coming with a blast processor so fast it will rip the blue overalls right off ya. Of course, I don’t know how you would dance while holding something that looks like a cat’s head was run over by a cement truck.
Anyways, the game will come with 30 tracks and feature trainers such as Tanya Beardsley and Gina Grant. Players will shake their moneymakers (and maybe Baterangs) to such routines as Merengue and Samba to Indian and Latin Pop.
“We’ve seen an overwhelming demand for the next iteration of the franchise and I can promise you that Zumba Fitness 2’s new and improved features will challenge Zumba enthusiasts and entice new followers to join the party,” said Jesse Sutton, Chief Executive Officer, Majesco. “The Zumba Fitness franchise of video games connects the exhilarating Zumba dance workouts loved by millions with uniquely interactive console platforms that are accessible and fun for consumers of all ages.”
