Metal Slug Meets Online Gaming With Metal Assault
If you love 2D action, If you enjoy the thrill of taking down leagues of surprised soldiers with a vast array of deadly weapons and tanks, the sound of the enemy screaming as you unmercifully unleash a hellstorm of bullets into their surprised faces, then chances are, you’re a Metal Slug fan.
Although the 15-year-old series has not seen much of an evolution, free-to-play game developer Aria Games has taken the gameplay that made the series so popular, and combined it with the socially infinite capabilities of the internet. Metal Assault features PVE and PVP combat, single and multi-user vehicles and co-op play.
THe game will include four multiplayer modes across 12 maps and missions and quests to complete.
Best of all, the game will be completely free for anyone to play.
Check out the official website here: Metal Assault for more information. While you’re at it, be sure to sign up for the beta. I already signed up, so I’ll see you online.
