Hollywood, Make a Halo Movie Like This.

If the world was perfect we would have already had a Halo movie long ago–alright maybe that’s a matter of opinion. Either way, if there was one and it followed the following video, it would have been pretty damn amazing.

    I’m right there with you CAM, I just dont think any director in Hollywood wants to be responsible for screwing up the movie.

    This short video is great. It’s able to add emotion much like the Halo 3 live-action ads did. Did you see the other live-action video? It’s a good one that features regular people from Reach. It really makes me wonder what someone in the movie biz who loves—and lives—Halo could do with a film placed within the Haloverse. Heck, if books, comics and graphic novels can pull it off, why not a movie!

    You would think that finding someone in the movie biz who is passionate about Halo would want to make something. Last I heard Peter Jackson may have been that person but projects just can’t seem to get off the ground.

    If a movie followed this clip then it would be something pretty great. Halo becoming the greatest game movie doesn’t seem like a really difficult thing to believe.

    I’d happily direct the Halo series movies with no fear of being hated by Halo fans worldwide. I’m not a director, but I’d rather give it a try than not! :D
