New Batman Game Revealed

Ever since Rocksteady blew people away with Batman: Arkham Asylum, everyone has wondered about the next in the series. Well wonder no more, my friends, GameInformer has revealed this riddle via two great-looking covers. Batman: Arkham City is on schedule to release next Fall of 2011 on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

At the end of Arkham Asylum it was revealed that with the Joker’s escape, the fate of Gotham is becoming bleak. With rumored criminals from Batman’s past such as Mr. Freeze and Talia al Ghul (daughter of Ra’s al Ghul), our favorite scowling hero will have his hands full once again. Also, according to these mighty fine looking covers from GI, there will be many dramatic situations brought on by Batman’s on-again, off-again, semi-girlfriend, Catwoman.


The game was registered for quite a few other titles, but I’m happy that they stuck with Arkham City. Somehow “State of Villainy” just didn’t sit well with me.

Maybe it would work for Adam West’s Batman…

Just plain silly.

    This is getting a bit more subjective, but I significantly prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has much more flair, and some cool functions like ‘Mixview’ that let you rapidly see connected albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one particular of individuals will center on that item, and an additional set of “neighbors” will arrive into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also excellent enjoyable, letting you locate other people with shared tastes and becoming close friends with them. You then can listen to some playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your close friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy are going to be relieved to know you’ll be able to prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so decide on.
