Today we celebrate the birthday of one of the greatest consoles ever made–and one of my favorites–the Sega Genesis! Woohoo! *blows kazoo*

To celebrate, Sega is allowing gamers to choose what the next game to hit XBLA will be. It will be a tough choice since they have lined up some pretty heavy hitters including Earthworm Jim and Shining Force: http://www.genesispoll.com/

Personally I would like to see Shining Force make an HD comeback but so far everyone’s favorite ground-crawling invertebrate is in the lead with 47%. Not bad for a hideous freak of nature.
