Army of Two: 40th Day

Electronic Arts has announced that the Army of Two sequel is in development. Titled Army of Two: 40th Day, the game will be produced by EA Montreal and it looks like this time we will be traveling to China.

When a disaster of epic proportions strikes Shanghai, China, Rios and Salem find themselves right in the middle of it all–the wrong place, the wrong time, but the right team. A carefully orchestrated series of mysterious catastrophes is dragging Shanghai to the brink of ruin, and now the Army of Two must fight their way through ravaged city districts as they try to beat the odds and uncover the secret of the 40th Day.

The title promises more co-op integration with tactics that can be used at any time. The sequel will be available for Xbox 360, PSP, and PS3 this winter. Look for more news to come.

    Awww Yeah!!! I loved this game, but it always seemed to be one of those Mirror Edge type games in that it was a fresh step, but not given the credit it was due. I'm glad to hear there's a sequel in development, as well as the movie.
