		<description>It&#039;s still hard to say for sure. Since Jasper is new, any definite information has yet to be collated. The last person to believe is anyone from Microsoft. Let&#039;s remember that this same company originally denied that RRoD incidents are &quot;isolated&quot; cases, then proceeded to extend the warranty of their console.    Extended warranty is good, but let&#039;s not lose sight of what we consumers really want: a quality product that&#039;s worth our money. This may just be MY opinion, but I would rather have an excellent product with bad customer service than a bad product with excellent customer service.</description>
