Tomb Raider: Underworld Exclusive DLC For Xbox 360
Eidos has revealed today that exclusive DLC will be coming to the Xbox 360 version of the game shortly after the game is released.
Tomb Raider: Underworld – Beneath the Ashes and Tomb Raider: Underworld – Lara’s Shadow will add up to about six additional hours of gameplay when it releases.
Beneath the Ashes will release by Christmas and Eidos said that it will take place after the story in Underworld has concluded. This will take place in a new environment and add new enemies to the mix.
Lara’s Shadow will release early 2009 and introduce a new character to play as. This should provide an unique experience for the Tomb Raider franchise.
A demo will be out exclusive on Xbox Live this month.
This is good news but I’m tired of this exclusive DLC stuff. All other versions of the game get the shaft, especially fans of the franchise that don’t own a Xbox 360 that want the whole experience.
I really don’t like this trend but I’m sure that its not going away anytime soon.
