After being delayed a bit Life with Playstation has finally gone live. In a nut shell Life with Playstation is a free service where you can access real-time news and weather updates across the world.

Sony has partnered up with the Weather Channel, Google News and Earth Television Network to provide you real-time updates arcross the world. Yhey posted on the PS Blog that they even followed Hurricane Ike in real-time using the PS3 with pictures to prove it.

Also while you use Life with Playstation you are also using Folding@Home at the same time. Great stuff
