It seems like forever now that we’ve been hearing about Spore - a procedural game in which your fantasies about what the world should look like come to life. Well, you can make those characters a reality now, with the Spore Creature Creator!

Seriously. If you’ve heard about Kotaku’s recreation of the Fruit Fucker, you wouldn’t be surprised with what you can make!

The coolest thing about the Creature Creator? It’s free. Yep - you heard that right. You can get started with your own three-headed, eight-fingered abomination - er, creation by stopping by the Spore Creature Creator trial page and installing the software. Mac owners need not fear, as there’s a demo for you there too! You’ll likely have to own an Intel Mac to get in on it, but have at it!
