Sonic Unleashed Trailer
Sonic has had a bit of a tough time after the Dreamcast games in my opinion the last of the good Sonic games. Although not much of a secret SEGA has officially announced Sonic Unleashed for the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii and PS2 for this holiday season.
This time around Dr. Eggman has break the world apart and it is up to Sonic to put it back together by retrieving the power of the choas emeralds.
Sonic Unleashed will have a day and night cycle with gameplay changing depending on the time of day. Four new speed mechanics and combat fighting will debut in Sonic Unleashed.
Along with the new gameplay the “Hedgehog Engine” is making its debut specificlly made for Sonic Unleashed which has been in developement for three years.
I hope you checked the trailer above because I’m opitimistic about this one. It might be hard for some to get excited about a Sonic game but I think this might be one to breath fresh life to the series by bringing it back to its roots and then some.
