I will say I loved the first MotorStorm and this fall it looks like I’m coming back for more. It has been confirmed that MotorStorm 2 will release this fall.
MotorStorm 2 is getting a climate change. Instead of mountains and deserts you will be tearing up the Pacific Island filled with thick swamps, dense jungles, towering peaks and steaming volcanoes.
All of the vehicles from the first one are returning with Monster Truck class making its debut.
Features confirmed for the sequel are 16 new tracks, 16 player head-to-head online, and 4-player split-screen mode.
They answered the biggest complaint about the first one, split-screen. The trailer above is full CG but it should give you an idea of what the game is aiming for.
With split-screen this time I can’t wait to get this. I hope the DLC content they provided in the first one like the new modes come standard this time.
