You can all rest easy now, Gears of War 2 has been confirmed even if it was by mistake. The press release hit a little too early and now the whole internet knows what they already knew anyway.

This is great news I know speaking for myself I’ve been waiting for the sequel and the best part is that Gears 2 is set to release November 2008. Another expansive Fall/Winter is upon us but it sure is going to be lovely though.
