Bringing It Home, GDC Style

Just like with E3, Microsoft is bringing it home this time with GDC scheduled next week. You will be able to download content from GDC via Xbox Live February 20th.

Microsoft says you should be able to download news from the show and footage of the keynote address by John Schappert, Corporate Vice President Live, Software and Services for the Interactive Entertainment Business.

GDC should show off some new things for the Xbox 360 but this event for the most part is for the developers. Schappert’s keynote is scheduled from 6:30 P.M to 7:30 P.M on February 20, the Live download will feature highlights of the keynote.

Microsoft says:

The keynote, A Future Wide Open: Unleashing the Creative Community will provide an exciting view into this year’s plans for Microsoft’s Interactive Entertainment Business.

I’m excited to see what Microsoft has in store for us this year. This would be a great time for them to show us something new since there are some doubts about Microsoft having the same great year as 2007 since their heavy hitters like Halo 3 has come and gone.

Like I said this event is mostly for developers but I wouldn’t mind Microsoft knocking me off my feet though.
