Devil May Cry PS3 to have 5GB Install

PlayStation 3 owners that plan on getting Devil May Cry 4 are in for a surprise the first time they pop in the coming Capcom title. A 5 gigabyte surprise, in fact.

Chris Kramer, Senior Director of Communications and Community at Capcom tells the following:

The PS3 version of the game has near-Super Nintendo speed load times. You’ll be amazed how fast levels load, the virtually instantaneous transition from cut scenes to action and that you’re continuously playing the game, as opposed to staring at loading screens of a door opening every time you move from one room to the next.

Super Nintendo speeds? That sounds impressive, considering the fact that I can’t remember ever watching a load screen on the SNES. If they manage to pull that off, I’ll be lining up for my copy on release!

Think it’s possible for them to pull off?
