Just in case you can’t wait for the Playstation Store to update Operation: Omega Dawn is available right now as soon as you download the v1.2 patch. Omega Dawn cost $7.99 and you can buy this straight out of Warhawk.
If you want more information there is a FAQ at the Playstation Blog along with a trailer on Omega Dawn. I was a bit surprised at how big the map really is.
