TGS 07: Secret Agent Clank Cam Footage

Secret Agent Clank, a spinoff of the Ratchet & Clank series, was debuted today at Sony’s pre-TGS media event. To make things better, there’s footage and Joystiq editor Andrew Yoon was lucky enough to get a hands on!

Here’s a snippet of the hands-on impressions:

The brief hands-on time we had with the game highlighted gameplay that strays far from what series fans have become accustomed to. The first part had Clank jumping through laser grids while pressing buttons in a music-based rhythm game that very closely resembles PaRappa the Rapper. The next area showed platforming as Clank, sans Ratchet. Finally, we encountered a boss where we finally got to play as Captain Quark. Like another green-plad video game character, he uses a vacuum gun to suck trash and projectiles and throw it back to the enemy.

Also, this couldn’t be called footage without it:

Can I make a suggestion? I think youve got one thing good here. But what in the event you added a couple links to some page that backs up what youre declaring? Or perhaps you could give us some thing to search at, anything that would connect what youre saying to one thing tangible? Just a suggestion.
