PS3 Backwards Compatibility Website goes live

Since the day the PlayStation 3 was announced, other than the “how much power does it have” questions, the ones repeated most often relate to Backwards Compatibility.

For the uninitiated, PS3’s Backwards Compatibility is the ability to play your PS2 games on your PS3 without error.

The rest of us wonder whether our favorite games will work, and Sony has detailed information regarding the backwards compatible games. Take God of War II, for instance. Here’s what you get when you search for it in the Back-Compat Status listing:
