According to ps3fanboy.com Fatal Inertia should be on the PSN Tuesday or Thursday which is when the store is usually updated.

Fatal Inertia was one of those exclusives that was but this is a title I’ve been trying to keep in eye on since I’m a Wipeout fan and this should or hopefully hold me over until Wipeout comes out.

Check the store tomorrow for the demo, if it is not there then come Thursday it should be there.
