E3 has come and gone but Sony isn’t quite done yet. The Playstation Premiere Event is going on right now in Tokyo and everything you need to know is right here.

Loco Roco for PS3 is coming via the PSN titled Buu Buu Cocoreccho! by LocoRoco. It will feature over 200 LocoRoco character and use SixAxis motion controls. It is 95% complete and this is just a guess but it should be released this year.

Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops+ for the PSP is announced which is an expansion on the original game. Ops+ main focus is online play with new stages and characters but a new single player mode called Infinity Mission is also added.

Metal Gear Solid 4 will have an online mode similar to the one that was in MGS3: Subsistence. Kojima did play MGS4 at the event and plans to show more gameplay at their Metal Gear 20th Anniversart Party event in Tokyo.
The creator of Katamari Damacy has a new game in development for the PS3 called Nobi Nobi Boy. Not much else about the game is been revealed.

Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is set to release this October in Japan over the PSN. It will have online play and a good variety of cars. The only thing we don’t know is if it will be a free download like HD Concept or are we going to have to pay for this one. No US or European date has been announced.

Disgaea - PS3

Disgaea 3 for the PS3 is on the way. This is a strategy RPG which you can select a good variety of units to play with. It plans to release for the Japanese this winter.

Dynasty Warriors 6 plans to make an appearance on the PS3. This game plans to release in Japan this fall.

Tekken 6 will feature online combat just like Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection.

Final Fantasy VII 10th Anniversary Limited edition for Crisis core has been revealed. The Limited Edition will come with Crisis Core, Buster Sword strap and a limited edition PSP (new model). The PSP itself will be in silver with characters and logo on the back.

White Knight Story was demoed today and will make an appearance at the Tokyo Game Show but it should be playable to the public in September. The game will let you create your own character which is heard to be very robust and that the main characters and 1000 other NPC were made from the character creation system.

Toshihiro Nagoshi from Sega announced two games for the PS3. Senjou no Valkyri (Battle Field Valkyrie) is a game that combines action, strategy and RPG elements. More of this game will be at the Tokyo Game Show in September. This game is also using a new technique Nagoshi called “Canvas,” giving the game a water color painting look. His second was officially named but it will be unveiled September 14th, with a Spring release date.

Railfan Taiwan Koutetsu announced for the PS3. This is a high speed rail simulation and it looking at a Fall release in Japan.

For a quick update on the Final Fantasy PS3 titles. Final Fantasy XIII is 13% complete and Final Fantasy Versus XIII is only 1.3% complete.

That’s pretty much everything. If I find anything more I will update the list but this pretty much covers it.

Given that we’re speaking about things in the region of Playstation Premiere Event | GAMINGtruth, If you are running an event as a profit-making activity then it is vitally important that you maximize the attendance. Where the event is educational or promotional, you should keep a keen eye on covering your costs which generally means that there will be a minimum audience at a certain ticket price.

I’m really to be finally posting online after all these years. There really is no mystique (sp) about it, is there? I just dropped by your blog and had to write. I’m a recent college grad, journalism major if you must know, and I absolutely love the art of photography. I’ve got my website up but it’s nothing to brag about yet. None of my stuff’s been posted. Soon as I figure out how to do that, I’ll spend the day posting my best pictures. anyhow just thought I’d drop a line. I hope to return with more substantial stuff, stuff you can actually use. SPG
