PS3 Firmware Update To 1.81 Hits Friday

Sony is putting the PlayStation Blog to good use. Tomorrow firmware 1.81 update will drop to fix a couple of bugs, namely RGB Full setting which reverts back to Limited for some reason. This option is only available when you hook up the PS3 via HDMI.
They also said that they are working on improving PS2 software compatibility.
I had the RGB problem myself and I hope they throw in a few surprises too.
