Rock Band Wants You to Pick the Tunes

If you were getting hyped for Rock Band before, it might be time to turn it up a bit…

It seems that if you head to Rock Band’s website, you’ll find that they’re asking the public what songs they’d like to see in the game. Whether or not they follow through and post what people really wanted has yet to be seen, but the chance to add in your favorite songs to see if they get added in just might be too great for some.

My first song choice? Word Up by Cameo. Nowhere else can you get that much awesomeness from a lead singer wearing spandex AND Geordi La Forge (Levar Burton)!

Visit Rock Band’s website for the chance to add your songs.

  6. This is getting a bit a lot more subjective, but I much choose the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has far more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you rapidly see related albums, songs, or other users connected to what you’re listening to. Clicking on 1 of individuals will center on that item, and one more set of “neighbors” will occur into view, allowing you to navigate close to exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also good fun, letting you locate other people with shared tastes and becoming buddies with them. You then can listen to a playlist produced based on an amalgamation of what all your close friends are listening to, which can be enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy are going to be relieved to know you are able to avoid the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so pick.
