Microsoft admits problem with the Xbox 360
After thousands of complaints, during the Dutch television programme “Kassa”, Microsoft admitted that there is a flaw that causes CDs and DVDs that are spinning in the player to get damaged.
The cause of this problem is that this scratches occur from lack of bump pillows at the lens. According to the date from “Kassa” this would affect approximately 1 to 2 million Xbox 360 consoles.
Microsoft has offered help for people who have this problem. My problem is that Xbox 360 doesn’t seem to be built to well. People going through multiple systems, the system damaging game disc, this is not good for future buyers. I can only hope that Xbox 360 Elite has some of these problem solved. They didn’t change much about the system other then HDMI and a bigger hard drive so I’m skeptical about the system. For the price of any of these three consoles, you shouldn’t have to worry about these kind of problems.
