Open Source Battlestar Galactica Demo Released

The demo for Behind The Red Line – an Open Source Battlestar Galactica demo based on Freespace 2 – has recently been launched, and it seems to be better than most Battlestar games that have been released so far, if what their forums are saying is true…

Of course their forums are going to say so, so if you’re interested, download the demo at the Beyond the Red Line site.

There’s more info about the demo, however, so we have the basic demo information from their annoucement post in their forums:
1.1 ABOUT THE DEMO
Drafted and pressed into service, your only hope of survival is to fall in line and train to join the ranks of the elite Viper pilots of Battlestar Pegasus. Get a taste of the action that awaits you in the upcoming main campaign with intense single- and multiplayer missions. Will you become one of Pegasus’ elite, or will you give your life in the vast, cold battleground of deep space?
